The ceremony of the erecting of the pole went well, even better than the coMMission had expected! Thanks to all who participated in this very historic event. 2000 more watts for our eyes and cameras to see us drop the balls! We had a great game this week and you know you have a great game when "next touchown wins," actually means, "next touchdown wins!" The MVP this week goes to wOODy for multiple reasons, first for bringing the ice cold amber bach to the commissioner, 2nd for his consistency throughout the night, and thirdly for that last TD bomb from endzone to endzone! NoOne thought he could throw it that far, and to the dismay of the defense who didnt bother to cover the receiver that far away, that was the game ending play. Matt "nuclear" Bombard is coming over next week early to practice his INT catches. He had a good look at 4 INTs and could have easily led his team to sweet victory if he could have brought even 1 or 2 of them in, but he dropped them all (witness 2 of them below)! Final score 13-12. |
