There aren't many nights you play fOoTbAll in november and it is 65 degrees outside. Not many nights there are 18 people on the field either. We had both of these tonight. And a big "hats off" to both offenses for making a high scoring game with 4 linemen and a safety. Nice job.
When you have that many cRaZieZ on the field running full-speed you have to expect some injuries. The coMMish was knocked out by last years rOOkie of the year JT for just a few seconds, then someone gave him a RedDog and he seemed fine, but that ended the night for him. The gazelle got a nice bloody nose, the Jester Eric finds himself with a possible season ending hammy pull, new player Matt?? I think he popped his shoulder out??
And a great showing for all the newbies that came out. We hope Falah, D, Jeremy, Matt, and Mike can make it again. (I know I am forgetting a couple of you new guys, sorry!)
Ya know, line guys never get the credit they deserve. These fellas are gonna carry around with them different shaped bruises on them all week. So we acknowledge that and give them the honor and glory they deserve. So the co-MVP goes to both Jeep and Larry for their efforts and skills on the line. Final score 9-7.
