On another warm october night at the Crazy Field we had another close game that came right down to the last scoring drive that was fueled By this weeks MVP - Jami Burnetter. Jami Must have thrown over 10 td's on the night and also Hauled in some amazing catches including the last one a 45 yard reception over 2 tough defenders! Brendan "I gots to Poo" Roberts had yet another 20+ reception night as well. Also throwing a few More td's and snatching a few picks, he even called 2 timeouts to use the outhouse - Rookie Ricky J had a nice night hauling in some catches for Td's and grabbing the game changing Pick in the endzone off of Rad and Chuck "tommy howard" Sullivan roped in 2 more sacks and a few td's as well -on the other side of the ball Mattyrad made several circus catches with outstanding throws from AL and kevin. Mark mossman did that thing he did good 3x's and then almost did it again 2 more times and he claims if he had about 4 more beers he could have done it at least 5X's. the game came right down to the last few drives where al, matt, mark and kev all stepped up the D to get the ball back. and watch AL throw a beauty to the Commish for a td that put the score 15-16 then Stas came out and threw 2 passes ,one 45 yarder to burnetter.
Then we cannot forget the unbelievable RAD catch! We call it the "I'm not lOOking stick my arm out as the ball whacks it and bounces right in front of him so he catches it and takes it in for a TD pass."
But, just too good was the last drive ...the fastball for a strike from Stas to Charlie for the winning Td.
